Food at supperclub tickles your heart and caresses your soul. Then deliberately humiliates cooking dogmas like 'le cordon blue', to shock your taste buds with new flavors. Be your own guinea-pig; delete your culinary expectations and open up to the unexpected; new seasonings, new combinations, new tastes and a new... you. Dinner in bed. And no need to worry about the crumbs.

Food without borders
All of our supperclub chefs learn by visiting each other, exchanging kitchens, experiences and -ofcourse- recipes. This way, the menu of supperclub becomes more international than it already is. Even the food at supperclub knows no boundaries.

Pre-cook
With their past experiences and today's knowledge, supperclub's chefs create each night special gastronomy experiences.
Every week they gather together to 'pre-cook', so to speak. Chefs invent new dishes and discuss thoroughly this week's international menu, which will be totally different from last week's, but just as innovative and exciting.

All night experience
You don't eat 'la carte' at supperclub.
There is no first and second shift. Instead, we serve you an all-night experience. During the course of the evening, you'll get a dinner which consists of several courses; a culinary journey through different dishes and countries, with new flavours and savours.
Sometimes the food is based on interesting suggestions from a dinner guest, another time it's inspired by a popular visiting chef or made after a recipe of the supperclub chefs' grandma. All of this under supervision of corporate chefs Joost de Bruijn and Michiel van der Eerde.

Joost de Bruijn, noted chef from restaurant Walem, Vasso and Chef de Partie of the world famous Amstel Hotel together with Michiel van der Eerde whose past culinary delights graced such fine restaurants as Bokkendoorns, De Lokeend and Auberge Hoefslag combine to create the open kitchen of supperclub.

The chef of supperclub, Massimo, together with his team prepares you a full evening 5-course surprise menu.

Unexpected combinations lead to unexpected liberations... Pour yourself a drink from a champagne bubble bath - with a beautiful lady in it! Select your Chablis or Rioja from our specially selected supperclub wine list. Take a shot; a wodka injection - but don't overdose yourself! And... is that an oyster, swimming in my shooter?

La Salle Neige

Your journey has begun. Descend into the cavernous interior to discover a large, black leather jewel box, from wich stainless steel rings are fitted. Within this dramatic space, you will find the main dining area Salle Neige. Swathed in an oasis of the purest whites (all the better to inspire you with, my dear), two breathtaking floors of beds greet you along with a bevy of fellow merrymakers and diners. Sink back into your reclining seats and feast your eyes on the gorgeously stark black leather walls, withe lace curtains and the perpetually metamorphosing video wall, which showcases the deliberately pristine surroundings to spectacular effect. A restaurant unlike any other La Salle Neige is an inspiring beacon of light for colourful personalities who want to freely indulge in their passions and enjoy the latest dishes, art, fashion, music and more.

Le Bar Rouge

Take the plunge into exploring undiscoverd terrain by embarking on a mysterious trail that leads you up the dramatic, 80-ft staircase, past the glass faÁade that culminates on the other side of the blackly glittering jewel box. Desend into Bar Rouge, the beating red heart of supperclub, which features an island bar at its core, running all along the width of its glass faÁade that is thoroughly drenched in stunning crimson-reds to create a surreal yet glamorous experience. Sip on a signature supperclub cocktail as you gaze out upon a spectacular view of the city from your vantage point through the panels of ruby-tinted glass windows.
"Disappear"through a floating wall, which swings open to reunite Bar Rouge and Salle Neige into a single,seamless whole. Witness this, and you will understand the precise moment where supperclub truly transgresses into a club created like no other.

La Toilettes Noires

Peek inside the infamous unisex supperclub toilets with their sexy black interiors and stainless steel amenities, designed to excite and titillate. Mingle in the corridor, where 3 see-through mirrors are strategically placed to encourage flirting. Remember, what goes down in the supperclub stays in the supperclub.

La Chambre Privée

La Chambre Privée, a mysterious private dining room swathed in gorgeous shades of deep, royal purple.
Appearances are deceptive, and all is not what it may seem to be. You won't miss the centerpiece of the room which is a large square stainless steel bed... or is it? Look again! It has just been transformed into 4 smaller beds. Again! The beds have miraculously vanished, leaving a large, inviting dance floor in it's place.
And now, it's time to party... Don't forget to check out your gorgeous reflection in the purple mirror, behind the bar!

Le Fumoir

Ever wondered what it would be like to live in a cigarette pack? Wonder no more, step inside the supperclub's smoking room, where you smoke in the company of life sized cigarettes, positioned to simulate an environment where you feel like you're inside the pack. Or explore the 3 enormous ash trays on display, as you savor that last puff. But be reminded, the décor in this room is subtly designed to encourage you to stop smoking.

Something that burns on your retina
"Supperclub is an experimental creative platform", says creative performances-director Zjef van Bezouw. "It all just happens. Every evening, every performance must be different. How? That's up to supperclub's performers, staff-members and DJs, who have to create 'something that burns on your retina'".

Selected from famous art schools like the Rietveld Academy and the Theaterschool, we have singers, performance artists, musicians, DJs and we have... you. Yes, you are a part of the evening too, just like everybody here. Simply laying down on the white bed and waiting 'till the show starts is not enough. Supperclub isn't a theatre or concert stage, it's more. You can join in and interact.
