The supperclub Amsterdam is one of the craziest places ever and Jurr has been their resident DJ for over the last 6 years. Together with Roelove 74 he created the supperclub CD collection. It is an open and refreshing selection of different styles of music.
Besides this Jurr went to play all over Europe (Switzerland, Israel, Greece, France, Germany, Belgium and Italy). Jurr is also participating to a lot of fashion and charity events to bring the good vibe and make sure the right music fits with the right atmosphere.

zoƫ noa
"It is extremely fascinating that you can change a person's state of mind through music. You can take people along in an illusion, to a universe of energy and positive vibes of solidarity. People that go to a party separately become a unity, like a rainbow. The interaction of the grooves, the positive vibes and the people, could possibly lead to a peaceful society. Even if it is just for a little while. This continues to inspire me."
Being brought up in a musical surrounding it seemed to be obvious that he, whenever he could, was always the one to take care of the music. When turning tables became more than a hobby, he instinctively named himself Zoë Noa, which meant as much as "Life" (Zoë) and "Rescuer of life" (Noa).
He started his DJ career in The Hague and organized parties over there and in Rotterdam. When he got a part in the musical Bubbling Brown Sugar he moved to Amsterdam. Once there, it soon became obvious what a musically talented person he was. With his groovy beats, he regularly let clubs such as Hotel Arena, Escape, Milky Way, Sinners, supperclub, Seymour Likely and Havana's burst from their joints. The large audience got to know him on the Players Inc. Parties, the celebrations of Rush Lift Off, Wild Life, Eve and the Red Bull Full Moon Parties. The crowning sensation was the invitation to play at the Millennium celebration at The Metropolis, one of his personal highlights.
In addition to his big passion for the turntable, he appeared in various radio- and television shows and worked at video clips of, among others, Glazze, Twentyfourseven, Paul Elstak, Brainpower and Deff Rymes. His desire for innovation and quality led to the cooperation with Hans Dulfer, Kees ten Dam (Marco Borsato), Martino (Massada), Jazzy D. (F.G.E.) and Rafaela. As "The Future Groove Express", with Zoë behind the turntables, they did a very successful Dutch tour, lasting 18 months.
Across the borders he also didn't go unnoticed. Invitations were received from clubs and parties from Switzerland, France, England, Israel, Bulgaria, Belgium and Bangkok. He worked together with national and international top DJís like Erick E, Marcello, Robin Albers (Jaydee), Brian S., Tom De Neef, the Frenchman Bob Sinclair and Funk D'Void. A peaceful alliance with the USA was enhanced through Jason Jinx, The Soulproviders and David Morales.
His musical and personal versatility resulted this year to some recordings of his own. With an enormous drive, feeling for timing, subtle moods and perfection he creates a sound in his own studio which is an absolute addition to the house scene. With the track 'Life Remains The Same' Zoë Noa now debuts on the seventh supperclub CD. Surprisingly with a perfect mix of urban, pop and lounge with an Arabic touch.
Discography:
* Zoë Noa, Luna Funk
* Zoë Noa, Jurr and Dez - 'Life Remains The Same' on supperclub presents cruise (7).

mike
Music has always been a passion for Mike. As a 15-year-old kid he started to work for a local radio station, Disco Action. After doing some time in the army and a long journey around the world Mike decided to pick up his passion again in 1994.
During his study at the SAE, Mike started working as a sound engineer for SSR studios in Amsterdam. For a period of 3 years he fine tuned his production skills and produced the timeless album 'Nibiru-Pretty Dark Butterfly' together with Mike van den Berg (Sadie Records). Tired of being a sound engineer Mike decides to concentrate more on his own music and label. Nibiru records was born and 'Lounge Conjunction' becomes the main project.
As a DJ, Mike is playing most of the time at the supperclub and he's a Carpe Diem friend. His music style is deep house and down tempo.

roger paolo
Roger Paolo (1973) started his musical career back in the early 80's by learning how to play guitar. A few years later he had played in some bands and started to play bass-guitar. After playing funk and soul music in 5 different bands and some serious clubbing at places like RoXY, Nighttown and Café d'Anvers (Antwerp) he decided to swap the instruments for the turntables and a mixer. He started with a residence in 1995 in club Flair in Vlissingen, a place where Hero Bonardi also played in these days.
After 3 years Roger moved to Breda where he played in several bars and clubs like Spock and Jojo's. He did some after-hours gigs in Dino's in Amsterdam. He became resident DJ for the Dutch Snowboard Championships in Switzerland. Since 2002 he plays bi-monthly gig at Oebele, Breda, later followed by a monthly residence at the Odessa in Amsterdam, and a regular gig at supperclub, also in Amsterdam.

Examples of Rogers favorite labels are Naked Music, Soulfuric (Deep), Swing City, NRK, Refunkt etc. DJís that have been of great influence on Roger is Kevin Saunderson for his versatile sets. The music Roger plays varies from deephouse, jazzful house to a more solid electric funky style to make the crowd move!

jimmy jazz
Jimmy Veldwijk a.k.a. Jimmy Jazz grew up in a family where music played a significant role. Gospel, funk and latin music were the favourite styles at the "Veldwijk residence". At a very young age Jimmy got interested in jazz and by the age of 10 a true jazz freak taught him to play the saxophone.
In the early 80-ties he followed the footsteps of his older brother and became a DJ too. His first love was urban and by the age of 18 he played in Amsterdam's Bepob (later the infamous "IT") and some smaller Amsterdam venues.
Whilst his love for jazz became bigger he did quit playing for a little while. In 1990 he got a job at the jazz department of Fame Music which later led him into buying the biggest jazz record shop of Amsterdam; the 'Jazz-Inn'. Around that time he slowly returned to the DJ-booth and his main focus was jazzdance. Always in search for the latest trends he also incorporated new styles like Speed-Garage, Drum & Bass and Funky-House.
By importing records from London he got familiar with London's nightlife. This also resulted in him playing overseas quite a lot. In Amsterdam Jimmy opened his second record shop called 'Jazz Palace'. Besides his passion for jazz he got into world music and listened to artists like Ravi Shankar, Trilok Gurtu and Anour Brahem. This new fascination for world music made him produce world influenced remixes and tracks under his own name.
In 2001 Jimmy was asked to become the resident DJ of supperclub's sister-restaurant nomads. Using his extended record collection Jimmy presents a unique sound that fits this Arabic influenced restaurant/club perfectly.
Needless to say that he's the man responsible for the ultimate sound of nomads on 5 wonderfull albums.
